Some staff was great. Alicia at front desk was fantastic. Some staff was horrible. The man they sent Friday night to let me in when the key card didn't work was extremely rude. The room they gave me at first had a dead battery in the lock. I had to go back down to lobby with tons of luggage to get another card and that didn't work either. They then gave me a different room. It worked that Thursday night, but didn't on Friday and had to provide another card. Terrible lock systems.

I was very upset when I specifically asked for joining rooms because I had my 13 year old son with me. I got my room assignment and the were not joining and when I asked them to to fix their mistake they told me all other rooms were dirty. This was about 6:30 at night. Knowing that this hotel does not fully clean their rooms concerns me. The gentleman that checked me in was the only positive part of this stay.
