They have a bar! They don’t have continental breakfast. You do have to pay a deposit, which is $50 for each night you stay, which you’ll get back depending on what shape the room is in after you leave. Decor is nice. Housekeeping cleans After you leave.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay. Unfortunately, Courtyard does require a $20/per night incidental as many hotels in the area do as well. Due to Covid we have restrictions just like others. We service rooms upon requests on extended stays of 3-5 nights or longer. We do ask for a complimentary request of service before we would bother you during your stay. Hopefully in the future we can better inform you and improve the rating for next time.

Well I made a reservation. That they gave away before I got there. Also double charged me which I’m disputing both charges when they tried to pawn a smaller room off on me they became very rude and dismissive when I refused to take it. It was all and all terrible I wouldn’t recommend that hotel or Travelocity to anyone.

Very nice lady at check in desk. Made us feel welcome. We had a group that met in the lobby for a few hours and she was very accommodating. Very nice place.

Amazing hotel!

For the price and convenience to Cincinatti, this hotel was so worth it. It’s modern and clean and very nice. I also love the bar/lounge area. When i come back to Cincinatti I’m definitely going to stay here! Nice spacious, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and a keurig, microwave, and small fridge for beverages. The tv’s Netflix and YouTube apps were an added bonus. Felt like i was at home!

Great Option while in the South Cincinnati area

Pros: Staff was great. Food options were a treat.
Cons: Location - proximity to highway.
Location: There for a meeting - can't recommend much.
Immediately upon checking in the young man behind the desk made me feel welcome and explained all of the hotel's features. He was very pleasant and customer centric. The room was very comfortable and I slept very both nights while there. I would highly recommend getting a room that is on the opposite side of the highway - as the side closest to the highway was noisy.

Hotel may look pretty, but is deceiving.

Pros: The hotel had a nice comfortable feel as soon as you walked in.
Cons: POOL! Do not advertise one when yours is an icy cold pool that can't be used, that will cause you to get sick! Room Cleanliness!!! Manager Etiquette
Location: Florence KY. Mall near, airport, not too far from Newport.
We took a one night trip away so the kids could swim and we could have a nice little night away. The hotel was very nice looking and presentable. Started off great.... Headed to the pool. It was chilly in the pool room. No big deal.. then went to get into the pool, holy cow is was like an iceberg it was so cold. I don't even get into pools that temperature when the weather is nice outside. I was in total shock there! (we do this with our kids about 2x a year, and this is the first I've experienced this cold) My daughter managed to get in but was out quickly because it was so cold. Our son couldn't, he is 2 and it was just way too cold for him. We got in the hot tub, to find that the jet's were inoperable as well. We requested the front desk to turn up the heat in the pool. They told us "it was as high as it could go". Before long the hot tub was so hot we had to get out. I'm thinking there was an issue between the two. We then went to take the kids upstairs to warm them up in the tub. Upon running the water, we notice a ton of hairs in the shower/tub. This was enough to turn our stomachs. We packed up and headed home... so much for the kids being excited to have a fun swim night away. On our way out, another couple was leaving with their daughter. They were there for the same reason we were. They were requesting a refund and going elsewhere as well.
