Went to pool and was excited to go swim.....but when got there a group of young adults ( not sure ages or if old enough to be drinking) were drinking and pouring beer all over each other and then jumping and diving into pool!!! Made pool area smell of alcohol and even pool smell a bit!!! It was very disapointing honestly!!! The bed was small, rock hard and pillows tiny!!! Room was hot and stuffy!!! Just not a pleasant stay!!! I would NOT stay here again!!!

I ended up having to cancel this stay once we arrived, front desk staff was rude upon check in as if we were bothering him. I walked into the hotel room to find that it was a smoking room and being severly asthmatic i could not sleep there. He refused to,change the room and said i needed to contact travelocity for assistance because he wouldnt do anything.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever!

Pros: I got to watch Two Broke Girls.
Cons: Tear it down.
Location: It was just as uncomfortable as the room was.
When I was booking I made sure to look at the pictures of the place. The pictures looked good but it didn't have a good rating. I assumed that people were just being overly picky and didn't read them. The hotel looked great for the price it was. I wish I had read the reviews. The only pictures that were right were the pictures of the front desk. The rooms were terrible. The pool is apparently never open. We arrived almost an hour after the minimum check in time and our room door was open and had still not been cleaned by the staff. We were then given a different room and it smelled terrible and I felt very uncomfortable to the point where I didn't want to touch anything in the room. The restroom was used because we'd been travelling for hours and hadn't stopped once and the toilet leaked. We were then given the original room because it had been cleaned and it looked as if the had made the bed with the blankets that were used before had (We had seen the room before given the worse room). Through the night I could here men cursing and aruging and felt unsafe. I was extremely uncomfortable. The only reason we stayed there was because we had no other choice! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Spiders

The bed was a brick and there were spiders all over. No shampoo and there was no breakfast.
