Our room was ready earlier than expected and everyone was helpful and amazingly friendly. This is a must stay when in Chicago and number one on our list. Our kids loved the place as well.

Absolutely Amazing

Every detail, even details I had no idea were details, were handled with care and precision. My birthday was made into the most magical weekend and due largely to The Peninsula Hotel in Chicago. I never want to stay anywhere else!
