Cons: Everything is awesome!
It's such an awesome hotel with nice staff, awesome facilities and not that far from downtown plus high speed wifi in your room! What more could you want!?!?!?

Modern; young; trendy hotel

The hotel's location is perfect. Close to the Magnificent Mile and all the other downtown attractions. On the weekend, there is a line to enter the hotel's rooftop bar. In fact, Chicago Blackhawks made an appearance at the rooftop bar, with the Stanley Cup, on the Friday night I was there. Great hotel; great experience

Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The elevator doors close very quickly and don't seem to have a safety stop. The doors did close on my as I was stepping out.
Location: We hiked to Willis tower, Navy Pier and The Art Institute. Each place is 1-2 miles.
The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did observe some inappropriate guest activity so I would not recommend this to someone planning to travel with children. We parked in the self parking lot and it was expensive but it was in line with other lots in the area.

One big loud obnoxious party

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Friendly professional management & front desk staff, comfortable beds, but be aware they restrict air conditioner to certain temp so room too hot
Cons: Hotel needs security that regularly makes rounds on floors at night to cut down on screaming and partying. Most hotel staff unfamiliar with city
Location: Hotel is not convieniently located to subway transit. Found in much more difficult to get around than when I stayed elsewhere last time.
Here's the details...guest rooms & lobby are very nicely done and beds very comfortable. Overall hotel itself is very nice. Front desk staff & manager are extremely courteous and friendly-best in the industry i've seen. Hotel has a beautiful club on 4th floor which is "the place" to be for 20 somethings in Chicago. Unfortunately this led to parties & screaming from 830PM to 4 am on guestroom floors. Screaming & cursing was so loud for whole night that we slept ZERO. It was like sleeping inside the club. Clubbers left drunk to the point of no return & screamed and made so much noise that I had never heard anything like it in a hotel in my entire life. Room next door hosted a party to make it worse. Finally called security at 1 am and they made 1 warning and never came back on floor again so the noise started up 10 minutes later. Entire night was a waste. Didn't sleep. Spoke to manager who was super and tried her best by moving us to another floor next night. Admittingly noise was less 2nd night but the hotel is just a party scene for young adults. If you are 20-30 and a drinker/party animal this is the hotel for you. Older persons wanting to vacation-STAY AWAY from here. I am thankful for the kind manager's act to assist, but in reality if the bar scene is their primary business this hotel will not have repeat older guests. Other minor details...mini bar advertised is only a counter with 1 vodka, 2 waters, 2 red bulls, 1 small serving wine. No fridge/soft drink
