We’ve stayed at this property many times when it was Cambria, huge difference in new ownership. Check-in was not a pleasant experience and when we needed linens for the fold out we were told by the front desk to come down and get them. The rest of Chicago is mostly open, not the bar and restaurant here. They said it was lack of help, not COVID. Last time for us to stay here!

Morning Staff was excellent during days of the week. Weekend staff not good Services very bad They don’t clean room They don’t bring towels, toilet paper, coffe to your room you have to go and pick up from the front desk.
