This location is not the property thats advertised. Conditions are very bad and unsafe. We canceled our reservations and are now being refused the money we paid. Travelocity the company we went through is also being uncooperative. We will take further action

Beds were nice and comfortable the pillows are small the carpet needs to be cleaned in room 302 there were stains all over the carpet we had no ice bucket we had no cups no refrigerator no microwave so I was let down regarding the room. The TV was broken I went downstairs to talk to management they said they would be right up to take care of the TV I was there two days they never showed up no one ever came to fix the TV so I'm very upset about that as well... Im not saying the entire hotel is bed, I just wasn't satisfied with the room I was in and again that was room number 302.
