This hotel does not come close to living up to the Fairmont brand and is not luxury in any way. F&B is limited and revolves around a subpar beer and burgers restaurant along with a Lobby Bar which is odd at best. Quality of the food was below average and yet prices were out of this world. Even Room Service sells a basic American breakfast for 30-40 list— with juice and coffee your bill will total 70 bucks for breakfast. The property needs renovation as well. Staff were fine- but certainly not crisp and at the level you’d expect. (The staff exceptions were valet and room service who were more professional.) Overall this hotel felt more like a 40 year old city Hilton Hotel requiring renovation than a Fairmont. Tired hotel with no sense of light or modernity. Will not stay here again.

We walked into our room and in the closet there was a dirty sock still in the closet. This makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the whole room but unfortunately the hotel didnt even have another room to put us in. The Valet service was absolutely a nightmare as we missed two ressrvations due to the incompetance of staff. My daughters reserved the Barbie Cafe a month ago and the valet service told us it would take 10 to 15 minutes to get our car. We tried to call before we even left and were routed to the valet stand which promptly hung up twice. We went downstairs and directly asked for our vehicle. A half hour later we still did not have it so I had to pay $35 for a cab. Towards the end of our night we bought tickets for the hancock buiding. We went down an hour before our reservation to ensure plenty of time. There was NOONE else in line for their car yet it took them over 45 minutes to retrieve the vehicle. I will NEVER spend another dime on this hotel chain and i will make sure every media source knows about this. We work hard for our money and to have our vacation ruined because of this is unacceptable.
