I should remember to dress in my designer clothes at check in next time I come to this facility. I felt incredibly inferior to the check in receptionist (I’m currently going through some personal hardships).

Parts of the hotel were very nicely updated, others could use some updates. Overall it's a nice place. I would likely stay there again. Very warm pool which was nice. The living area was pretty loud (the hotel was very busy) but thankfully it was quieter in the room.

Elevator near my room was out of service almost entire trip; ice machine on my floor was unplugged - reported and not fixed. Kids in jacuzzi and adult only time not upheld. Without daily maid service building did not have enough trash cans for self removal.

The suite was very nice. It fit my family perfectly. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was closed. It was due to covid so we understood but having children on the trip they were looking forward to swimming. Would totally recommend staying here though!

Couldn't have been happier with our one day getaway

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
