The hotel is under major renovation. The lobby is closed, the pool is closed, and all other amenities are not available. I stayed on 1st floor. The ice is only available on 3rd floor. I was woken up at 5 AM by a woman pounding on the door a couple of rooms away yelling let me in and cursing. The roomie was in wasn't updated. I picked up the remote control and immediately decided to wash it. I stayed here because it was just me, I can't imagine a female would have been comfortable staying.

This place had false advertisement. It was under complete construction unsafe! The pool was closed. They didn't want to return my money and expedia didn't either! I had to go back and forth for almost 2 hours. The manager wouldn't answer the phone expedia lied said they spoke to the manager but the manager wasn't answering the phone for no one it was the worse experience of my life glad I wasn't to far from my home. I would never deal with either company again.

My booking was for a room with two queen beds. The hotel only had double beds. The hotel was under major construction so it also did not have a functioning pool which is something we were planning to use. The beds were moderately comfortable, but the bedding was lumpy and clearly well-used. Most of the hotel was under construction and quite dirty in the hallway and common areas.

Room was dirty, beds were not made, most of the hotel was under construction, no lobby area, no place to sit, cigarette in the toilet, dirty shower, toilet was not flush, and so on. To top it off, Expedia made it very difficult for me to get my refund even though I didn't stay in the room and went back to the front desk right away as soon as I realized how gross the room was.
