The hotel was very dirty and run down. We were only there for 15 minutes before we decided we couldn’t stay there. They use some kind of generic air freshener throughout the building that gave me an instant migraine. The bedding was stained and dirty. When I explained to the front desk that we could stay because of the smell of the cleaners I was told the manager would contact me for some sort of a refund. That never happened. The money lost was worth getting out of that place.

Room was clean and nice. Was doubled charged for room. But the manager on duty took care of everything. Plus also gave us a free bottle of wine. He went outta his way to make sure we were happy.
