We arrived at our room to the smell of sewage. We went out and later returned hoping the smell would have dyed down only for it to be worse. When we contacted the front desk we were told she would tell the manager when they come in at 2pm however check out is at 11am so theirs no way to contact a supervisor smh. Terrible service very disappointing

The hotel was nice, well maintained, the rooms were clean and very nice looking. The staff was friendly and courteous. We drove 6 hours to get there and they had a snow storm, the museum we were visiting was closed, the hotel was nice enough to let us check in early because most everything was closed for attractions. Only negative we had was that the room that the indoor pool was housed was very cold, the pool temperature was very nice but when you got out it was freezing, the temperature gauge said it was 59 degrees in the room. It was a cold day outside when we were there though. Other than that everything else was great.

Jessica checked us in and was amazing and so friendly and helpful and polite! The room was clean the bed was comfortable the air conditioner actually worked and the view was very nice from our window.
