Hard to find the front desk personnel. Restaurant served raw hamburgers. Noisy traffic on the highway all night. Otherwise the room was clean and and beds were comfortable.

I'm sorry the desk staff was sparse during your visit. I know one was helping with some holiday decorating during the daytime and our evening person had a stomach bug. This is not the norm as we are staffed 24-hours to meet the needs of our guests whenever we are called upon.I will share the information about your burgers with Chef. I am hopeful staff was able to remedy the situation by either cooking it longer or offering a new hamburger.Feedback of all kinds is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Our room lacked sufficient electrical outlets. The bathroom fixtures were outdated and need replacement. The bed was comfortable, TV channel selection was limited. Could not close one of the drapes because it was broken.

Thank you for your comments. The outlets and fixtures are being addressed in our property improvement plan, which is underway after my having met with a designer last week. It will be a slow process of change over, 4 rooms ata time, but it’s happening nonetheless.

Overall, we liked our stay. We got there right at check out time and was told our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait around. I’ve never encountered that at hotel even staying at places since Covid has started. When we got to our room we noticed that there were 2 tiles broken going up to the jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was good, there were a lot of choices with it, also the restaurant on the property was great my husband liked it so much he wanted it 2 nights in a row. I’m glad we went with a lake view room because that was the best view.
