I thought this hotel would be fine since it was a block off Broad St. It turned out to be in a pretty scary part of town. Also the room was dirty. The bed was pretty comfortable and it was close to downtown, but we will not stay again.

Room was dirty, had hair in the bathtub and something on the toilet seat. Bedding was dirty and had cigarette burns on the comforter. Elevator smelled of pot and cigarette ashes were outside of the elevator upon checkout. Not enough towels in the bathroom and all were super thin as well. A group of guests decided to scream and talk loudly between the hours of 12-3am.

Room was not as listed two bed suite listed with couch upon checking in the clerk said oh by the way we have taken all couches out of the rooms, linens yellow, property run down. Not in a good naborhood. Would like a refund!!

Notices stated they were remodeling the halls. No sign of actual construction, just construction debris. Our room was covered in joint compound dust, and dried compound patty’s on the furniture, curtains, iron. No working outlet in bathroom, and as the hotel is pet friendly we had to listen to dogs barking all night. Also that area of town seemed to have a higher number of homeless people hanging around the hotel parking lot.

Im not sure how this hotel received over 4 stars. All of the linens had stains. I had to spend an extra $80 on blankets & towels. Thank God i brought my own cleaning supplies. If there wasnt a zero refund cancelation policy, i wouldnt have even checked in when i parked next to a couple in desperate need of their own room OUT SIDE. I had my niece with me who was moritified to witness it.
