I had a wonderful experience here with my stay. The staff was very courteous and accommodating and expeditious. They were very accommodating with my request and I have no complaints. I even extended my stay by a day. I will definitely be returning.

My partner and I absolutely loved the pools, hot tubs and the tennis court. We took full advantage of the resort fee and the dining credits we got (the food was delish). There was no microwave in the room which was disappointing but I could have seen that when I booked so that was on me. It was nice that had shuttles going to and from Disney and Universal too. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tina! Besides finding some used contacts on the nightstand, this place was a dream!

Will find different hotel for next stay at Disney
The lobby was updated nicely with a snack area and bar but the hotel room itself was a mess. There was peeling paint, stains on drapes, rust, and mold. Also the halls had chipped and peeling paint, fraid and stained carpet, doors were propped open by towels. I couldn't find one operable ice machine. The pillows were awful. Location was good for our event at ESPN and Disney but they only have shuttles once a day to each park.
