My wife injured at lobby they didn’t care I spent four hundred dollars for my wife injured they’re not cleaning our rooms for one week

Cowool is a cool place for a family to stay. It is unique, the room layouts work well. There could be more attention to detail - our hotplate did not work, the bathroom lights switched each other off, there is too much ambient light that passes through the interior facing bedroom window.
