I arrived in Barcelona the 26th of October and left the property November the 1st. My flight arrived early maybe 30 mins before clock in time at the hotel. The front desk gave me problem following the I asked if i could grab breakfast to which the front desk lady said yes. now the problem with that is i was charged upon my departure. Secondly when i got into the room i ordered 1 queen size bed to which there were two twin beds put together. Third off the second night i was there it rained. As i was using the bathroom the ceiling began to leak. I proceed down stairs to alert someone to which when i spoke to the first desk manager she told me she would have someone come look at the problem. i continue on with my vacation to come back to my room with the same problem. the following day it rains again and now not only is my bathroom ceiling leaking but now the ceiling in the room is leaking as well. I proceed downstairs again to speak with someone for me to be told it would get looked at in the morning. Nothing happened the problems continued. i stayed in the leaking ceiling room til it was time to head back to the states to which the front desk guy asked do i want to change rooms. It was to late at the point and i was over the hotel experience.

Dear Client, thank you vey much for taking the time to leave a comment about your stay at the Best Western Hotel Mediterráneo in Castelldefels. We do apologise for the inconvenience of the leakage as I am aware of the issue. In fact when you reported the leakage, our maintenance team went and checked and we couldn't do anything on the spot . On the same day a note was left on your desk for you to contact reception as we needed to move you to another room as it was a major issue and we had to act with emergency in prevision of further rain ... Unfortunately you never received the note as we have found it under the main Cabot when we put the room out of order to work on it (the day of your departure). We genuinely were holding a junior suite for the inconvenience but you never came to the desk on that day. When the day prior to your departure you came again and asked to speak to a manager, we offered you a room move you didn't accept due to the fact that you would have gone the day after early morning. Again please accept my apologies because we really wanted to get it right but we couldn't due to lack of communication. We are reviewing our message system to make sure it doesn't happen again. I really hope you will consider coming back with us in the next future. If I can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.
