It's a basic property - nothing fancy.. good staff, good location.. we booked a room with a view - the pictures show the room having a balcony but it doesn't have one, so a bit misleading. It was really loud at night, so if you're a light sleeper, do not book here. The shower in our room was leaking and the room was out of toiletries (also we didn't bother requesting for refills). All in all, a fairly basic no-frills property.

This hotel is located next to the main square. It is loud and was difficult to sleep. You could hear music outside until 4am, then another guest was playing music from 5am to 530am, then the fire alarm went off at 7am.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I had a balcony room which was a great window of the almost 24/7 happenings of plaza de la coches. I found the room neat and tidy everyday and the overall condition of the building I would say is very good for this property and it’s environs. The staff, especially the front desk managers and onsite restaurant staff, are very friendly and accommodating and are a strong factor in my high rating for the property. Also, I was very impressed with both the breakfast buffet and regular meal choices found on the menu. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was right at the epicenter where everyone goes to meet up and hit the town. Hotel was very clean and staff was amazingly friendly. Not to mention there restaurant in the lobby was amazingly delicious, and cost affordable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
