It was a terrible experience. For the first time I have been to hotel with so many problems. None of the doors were probably closing . Fridge was not working and making strange sound. My daughter was bitten by flea which made me take her to doctor. I would not recommend this place for any one .

Had a beautiful time, left my key in my room, all i needed to do is call the front office, and someone came up the elevator and it didnt even take 2mins from my call that they opened my room. My daughter loved the out door pool. Our room was very clean and tidy

Worst check in experience ever
Check in took 45 minutes due to inattentive staff, staff deserting their post and ‘systems issues’. We had three young children very tried after travelling and a long day, it was a terrible experience. Bedding was inadequate. No blankets or doona. The units are designed and equipped for student accommodation. The location is good for Melbourne city experiences.

While you get what you pay for the property looks nothing like the pictures. For the price point it’s not bad but you’ll be in for a shock when you first see the room. Chewing gum was stuck to the wall right next to the bed and the bathroom was missing soap. I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk and will just be paying a bit more next time.

Location was good, walk to city and markets had parking you had to pay extra for. Very dated property, smell in hallways Im assuming permanant tenants cooking but was always there. Had no plugs for sinks, when we asked for them came with wrong sizes so ended up with none, toilet not secured to floor. A lot of rubbish in bins in areas, left in elevators. Very basic TV hardly pick up any channels. Luckily you dont holiday to stay in unit becuase they are small and you dont get unit advertised, unlucky for us it rained for 2 days so we spent more time than we hoped inside.
