Location is great. Not on the beach but all the amenities you need are here. Pool is great.Staffis pleasant and very accommodating. Will definitely be here again

Very nice but uncomfortable pillows
Stayed in a wonderful suite facing the pool. Everything was very nice. Only complaint is that the sleeping pillows were too hard and we asked twice to have softer pillows and never provided. We ended up making our own pillows out of towels and flight neck cushions.

The property was under construction. I did not have running water for a whole day. This would have been fine if someone told me beforehand so I could have planned around, but they did not. There were also so many loud noises from construction and ringing sounds that came from the pipe, I'm assuming because they were doing construction. when I asked the front desk for understanding on what was happening they put me on hold and never came back!!! The pool area is very nice the rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. safe area

Really loved this hotel as it was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing that was bad was the wifi does not work and they said they’re having a problem with that. Other than the problem with the wifi this hotel was amazing. I had to pay for personal phone data each day to be able to use my phone but the overall hotel was amazing! If they fix the wifi problem I would come back again.

I ended up not staying at this hotel, my original reservation. They switched me to another hotel last minute due to construction. This other hotel was very great, I was very satisfied with the switch, however, it would have been helpful to be notified of the change to make adequate changes to hotel pick-up and drop offs with time. Since I was switched, and I didn't know about it till I got to the hotel. I was rescheduling all of my pickups last minute. For my last pick up, I had to pay for a taxi to take me back to the originally booked hotel, they couldn't pick me -up at the new location and I was very dissatisfied with that.

The hotel was nice, but needs some updates. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeper Nicacio did a great job. That room was always clean and well stocked. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly. The breakfast was good, but not many options available. They have a 24 hr coffee shop at the lobby that has decent options, but is not included. Don’t ask for ice to go, because they won’t give it to you (IDKW). There is a flea market at a walking distance. They have very good prices (better than others).

Let me start by saying this hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It is Clean! CLEAN! it has just gone through a face lift. Staff is friendly and extremely attentive. The added breakfast was a nice addition this time around! The pool is super clean, pool side bar is awesome. They have a very nice secluded parking available for your rental.
