Horrible hotel...no hot water for the shower
No hot water available for the bathroom and couldn't take a shower and the front door is like jail bar...This place is not safe to stay. Horrible and terrible hotel in Cancun.

The place is nice, I would have gave them a 5 star but it doesn’t have an elevator and we had heavy luggage and a disabled person, they gave us a room in the 4th floor so you can imagine going up the stairs with luggage and a disabled person, staff is very friendly.
