My wife got a drink to my inlaws they didn't have all inclusive like us but she do it for that instance only and we had 2 people coming on to us instead of advising us immediately they charged us 20us they were staying in the same hotel my wife immediately paid for it but the staff was ver rough instead of bei comprehensive and realizing it was our first time there also that the fa t that the hotel has 3 swimming pools an the noise wa horrendous the food was boring same breakfast breakfast everyday slwo just to ask for an omelet only 2 cooks for 700 people there big line up to get 2 fried eggs , i have been in other places and much better service, the managers better get their ac together when it comes to being cheap and not staffing the kitchen, also the bar tenders are to focus on the girls and women there. They know what iam talking about. Other than that the room was great. algeared to children the noise was

Up side….Very clean. Decent food. Comfortable rooms, loved our ocean view. Friendly staff. Down sides… staff is extremely busy so sometimes you have to wait or get forgotten, but a friendly reminder is enough to get what you’ve waited for. The poolside cabanas you have to pay for, and the ones on the beach with the shade option are too few, you have to get up early to grab one. The buffet food is good but not spectacular. The dinner food is quite good but they tell you you have to reserve (do it when you check in, that’s my suggestion) but often the reservations were full so we ate at the buffet all except one evening when we went to the dinner restaurant even though they said they were full and it was half empty! Also the restaurants are not all open all the time so it was confusing as to wear to go to eat….The drinks are terrible, literally no alcohol lol, get your own. Overall it is a nicely done resort and it felt clean and safe. The beach & the water is amazing!
