Chris does a great job in running the grounds of the hotel. Don Carlos gives you the best recommendations for meals and places to go. Roberto is professional, kind, and does a great job and getting things you may need for your stay. This place is amazing and probably has the best staff we’ve encountered in Mexico.

The hotel it self was perfect, staff was extremely slow at the restaurant waiting 1hr or more to eat daily, they would also forget your straws/refills and when asked to bring they would forget again in other words if you don’t get it yourself you would not have none.

We loved the beachfront scenery, it was absolutely amazing. But the kicker was the one on one service from the very friendly staff! If you asked for it they made it happen. Chris and Elena/Selena were wonderful and accommodating. Nina and Matcha were so great to have on site, I was missing my fur babies so to have them there was really homey. I highly recommend getting a golf cart to explore the island. I was terrified but the other drivers are respectful and used to golf cart transport, it felt so good to be out on our own and not scary at all! We enjoyed Casa de los Sueños and the experience!

We love casa de los suenos. We had the Pesidential suite which was just gorgeous and huge. I think it was the most comfortable bed and pillow I have ever slept on. The views, the space, the kitchen, everything perfect.
But what I really want to tell you about is the staff. By the 2nd day you would of thought we owned the place. Friendliest people ever. Dido is “Fantastic”, they took Flan off the menu and after all his hard work they made some just for me. He always came and talked to us, making sure we were all set and we loved his stories about the beautiful island. Wakeen is about the happiest guy around, never saw him without a smile on his face or going out of his way to acknowledge us and making sure we were just as happy. Rosie helped us freshen up on our Spanish and said she wants us to come back. Omar the director of the place went out of his way also, also making sure that all of needs were taken care of.
To sum it up, it was so nice to stay at a place where you know each and everyone of them loves their job and the people that come their to visit and stay.
There where a few small issues and I can not believe how quickly they were taken care of.
Highly recommend staying or planning a day here.

A slice of heaven and we will be back!!
Pros:Everything, I loved everything about this hotel. The clean room, the restaurant, the view, the access to the ocean and especially the staff.
Cons:Everything is perfect just the way it is.
Location:Sea turtle farm, Ixchel Mayan ruins at Punta Sur, Javi's Cantina Bar, Oscar's restaurant. Shopping at the east side locals streetside stands.
We spent 5 glorious days in this island paradise with our two teenage sons. Our room was super clean and had a wonderful view of the beautiful Caribbean. Every morning we were served a complimentary breakfast which was all superb, I highly recommend the Suenos Migas!! Drinks were delicious (make sure to have a margarita and a bloody caesar) and served by the friendliest staff I've ever encountered, they all took superior care of us. We had a refrigerator stocked with soda, Corona and bottled water upon our arrival, water was replenished daily. There is a small waterpark, several pools, and a pier with a rope swing. The snorkeling was devine, my son found a conch shell with a baby starfish and several anemones. Kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear are all available any time you may need them. The lunch and dinner menu are spectacular, we tried almost everything on the menu and it was all delicious.We rented a golf cart to tour the island and visited the sea turtle farm and also the Mayan ruins. Both were wonderful experiences. Downtown for shopping was fun but my favorite shopping was with the locals on the east side of the island. I just can't say enough great things about staying here, the island has a piece of my heart and I'm already planning a trip back.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. It is not on the water, but from your room you will have amazing veiw of the ocean. just down the hill a restaurant with pools and the ocean. You do get a free breakfast and use of the pools ,kayak, and snorkeling. The hotel has its own small pool with a great view of the ocean. I would tell you theirs is a lot of steps. And the only thing I found in the room negative sometime we had low water pressure.
Spend the day at the beach and work on your tan with sun loungers (chaise longues) or relax in the shade with umbrellas. Cool off in one of the 4 outdoor swimming pools at Casa de los Sueños Boutique Hotel, and enjoy summer activities like snorkeling and kayaking. Free breakfast is available daily. Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi.
