Uncomfortable, old, sagging mattress

Pros: Price, location
Cons: They should buy new beds, preferably pocketed coil mattresses, not old-style spring.
Location: Right by the mall and MacDonalds. DQ is nearby.
I used to think that the Norseman was a good hotel, but not anymore. To me, the most important thing about a hotel room and the stay is a comfortable bed. They failed at this. The old and old-style mattress sagged several inches in the middle and the bed skirt had a large rip in it. I felt prickles on my back, so I pulled back the sheet and brushed out various debris. I didn't sleep well, and had an aching back in the morning. The bed looked and felt shabby, thus in my mind, the hotel is shabby. Sure, the check-in and check-out people were friendly. With the exception of the bed, the room looked good.
