The room was a nice set up. NOT good, the TV was a nightmare and didn't work right. Waited and waited for help until I had to just shut the TV off, call the desk to cancel the repair because I could not stay awake. WiFi was a huge issue. VERY disappointed. Treated like outsider because booked with Travelocity.

Asked for a quiet room and received the opposite

Cons: Noisy
I was asked during check in if I had any special requests so I asked for a quiet room. The room was the opposite of quiet. The clerk could have put us in some other room but I'm guessing the construction of the building has more to do with the noise. After a night of listening to TVs, people walking while talking and doors closing I got zero sleep. If you are deaf or don't plan on sleeping this is the hotel for you. Just bring your own shampoo because my wife and I didn't get any.

Wonderful place

Great place. New, and the hotel staff was probably the nicest staff I have met in a long time. There is usually just one that stands out, but every person I interacted with was wonderful.
