Great location, sadly flat condition wasn't great
Flat / apartment wasn't great but location and service was very good. Also - parking charge is very high, 8 eur per day is a steep price given that there is a free on street parking around.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay in Trouville
The property is positioned beautifully overlooking from above the Trouville beach with fantastic views. It offers direct access via steps and a pathway. In terms of parking there’s a large car park adjoining the building with a key code gate. The car park cost is 7.50euro per day. Everything Trouville has to offer is within walking distance and Deauville via a short car ride. Our apartment was decorated to a basic standard but offered good facilities such as a stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, separate bathroom, bunk beds and pull out sofa bed. There’s also a balcony with table/chairs, it can be either sea or garden view depending on your preference. Children/family benefit from large gardens, a tennis court and out play area. Overall considering the location, great views, the property represents very good value for money and I would definitely visit again with my family,

This hotel is so close to the beach that my family went to the beach twoe, even three times every day. Room is clean and has all things we need for a few days.

The location is excellent, but the amenities and service are not impressive. The bunk beds are not usable for adults, only for small children, so if you are not a couple, there won't be an comfortable bed to sleep, only one real bed. The place does not provide even the basics, like toilet paper and garbage bags. When I asked them for a supply they responded that it was up to me to buy. The service desk hours are very limited, with three hours gap in the middle of the day. This is a VERY basic place. If you are lucky enough to get a sea view, then it may be worth it, but my friend and I stayed for 11 days, yet they told us there no sea view room for us. They were not accommodating at all.

Good location if able bodied - clean & tidy
Chosen as a beach holiday with the grandchildren, location pictures looked ideal, ten minute walk to beach in the description, this walk is down a steep cliff path and needs to be stated as it was not suitable for us, we had to drive 19kms to a really nice beach near Honfleur. Also the double "Murray" bed would be better described as a pull down which needs to be set every night as it takes up half of the living area. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped but no oven and little work space for the coffee maker. Linen spotless, public areas clean and there is a pool table, small enclosed children's play area for up to four or five year olds. View from our third floor of the beach was great, pity we could not get to it. Value for money, not sure, it was July & the location. Overall good - excellent if your fit and able bodied.

Fab self service experience
Great base to explore Normandy - hotel is a kind of help yourself place - no reception after 7pm or overnight just a phone number but room was nicely equipped as a self catering apartment and everyone agreed the pull down beds mattress was one of the most comfortable experienced amazing! Sea view was perfect so all in all fab !

Clean but tired
The self catering apartment had all we needed and was clean. The whole building and apartment is a bit old fashioned and tired. We didn't try it, but it may be a 15 minute walk down to the beach but the walk back up the steep hill would be longer and not suitable for young children or the elderly. The reception desk opening hours are very restricted which would be difficult for those needing the code for the car park difficult. We ordered a baguette one morning but the order was not fulfilled. The extra charges for car parking and local taxes were not clear when we booked - and so we challenged them. We just wanted a base to explore he area by car, and being able to use the small kitchen area was fine for us, but would not suit everyone. WiFi unsecured but worked fine.

Too far from town center
The hotel is on a hill at the other end of town, a half hour walk uphill from the train station. Beautiful sea view for rooms facing the sea, but mine was on the street side, I could hear traffic and had no sunshine at any time of day. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
