In my opinion, this was a really good choice for me. The pyramids were visible from my balcony. The staff were extremely nice. When it came to room service, accommodated my dietary needs. I would definitely recommend this place for your budget travelers.

They rip you off on the food. The sheets smelled dirty, AC didn’t work, and the owner was intrusive. Disappointed.

The views from this hotel are unparalleled. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Common areas are not spotless but rooms were clean and efficient

They are absolutely FANTASTIC!! I went on this trip with my mom (two solo female travelers) and from the moment we stepped out of the cab they greeted us with amazing hospitality. They gave us great advice on money exchanges, making sure we always get our exchanges correctly, and safety. The room was clean and had free water bottles, coffee and tea, and had a little fridge too. We chose to stay in a room with a balcony and it was a great decision because the view of the pyramids and the sphinx was amazing! The free breakfast is on the roof with a spectacular view! If you order room service you get a lot of good food. My mom and I ordered some and it was definitely a lot more than we could eat. But it was all delicious! They provided great service and were extremely friendly. We never felt uncomfortable and they were always very attentive to what we needed and always willing to help with anything. I definitely recommend staying here!!! The view can’t be beat and the service provided was outstanding. Definitely 5 stars out of 5 stars. They provided the best hospitality we’ve received in Egypt.

The experience at this hotel was very unique. If I ever come back to Egypt I plan to make this my base of operations -- transport and tours and all. The staff bent over backwards just tending to all of my needs. Something unique that happened was that the last day (after already having checked out) and knowing that my flight was not leaving until midnight they offered me a room to rest free of charge. I took the offer and slept for a couple of hours then went on the terrace to enjoy the Light show from the roof and dinner. I am not saying they will do the same thing with you but expect a level of service beyond what you are used to. Thanks to everyone over there.
