"Excellent hotel"
My wife and I recently made a trip to new orleans and stayed at the Q & C hotel. All I can say is that this hotel is possibly the best kept secret in New Orleans. The staff was excellent and the entire hotel was recently renovated!!! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!!!

"Amazing Hotel Close to French Quarter"
Total Opulence. This hotel is walking distance from the french quarter and other attractions. I was able to walk almost every where. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The also have free late peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which were delicious and a welcome surprise.

"wonderful location and staff!"
Everything about this hotel was divine! From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind and accommodating. The location is right in the center of everything you could possible want to see or do. And the beds were the icing on the cake! These are the most comfortable beds I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. Our only question is how soon can we go back!

"Not A Bad Choice"
The stay was not bad. The only complaint I had is once you get off the elevator with your luggage you have to pull it the carpeted stairs to get to the room. They were in the process of renovating so I could not complain too much.

"Good and Bad"
I had stayed at this hotel previously (about 6 months prior) and had absolutely no problems. The staff was extremely nice and we had a wonderful stay. However, on this visit, I had two very large problems. First, it was impossible to keep the water temperature correct, or have any water pressure in my shower. I thought I might have been showering at the wrong time, but after running into the same thing in the middle of the afternoon, I guess that wasn't it. Finally, and more importantly, I went to the front desk to find out how early I needed to leave for my flight on Sunday morning. Because that is an extremely busy time at the airport, I was told earlier than I had expected. I immediately asked for a wake up call (4:30 a.m.) and was told no problem. I noticed, however, that she didn't type anything in or do anything else, so I asked again to be sure. She said yes, my room # and the time. I thanked her and went to dinner. (No drinking given the time of my departure) My wife called my cell phone just prior to 7 a.m., which was when I realized that no wake up call had been made. (yes, I will now back it up with a phone alarm) The rescheduled flight cost me $600 and I arrived home 12 hours later than planned. All in all, a very bad end to a nice trip to New Orleans.

"Perfect Location"
The Marriott New Orleans is located in the perfect place to enjoy both the French Quarter and access to transportation for other parts of the city.   The lobby and bar are comfortable.  The staff is exceptionally friendly and there is visible security at all times. The lobby and bar provide a very nice area to hang out and watch the games.  Rooms are ordinary, but comfortable.
