Went into the property checked into hotel. Had hair on the towels in bathroom. Was 3 roaches crawling on the wall. No breakfast service.

No hair dryer, only 1 electrical connection working, no tv, all night tables were dirty with some sweet liquid like coke dry up, Only one chair to seat on, We were very unhappy. We try to give them a chance. After calling them three times to the room, I think was enough, Thanks for asking

The hotel was run down looking and the hallway and room had an odor. We had trouble with the key card device . I was told after we checked i that that area was a high crime zone. the price was cheap but next time I will spend more and not have to sleep with a pistol by the bed. My wife said someone rattled our door about 4am I git up to see but whoever was gone. The hotel only accepted cash I didn't know until I arrived. I understand it was under new management I wish them well ..perhaps they can save this hotel

This was horrible. we check in then right back out! the bathroom exsaust fan was falling off, there was no trash cans. and the there was a big cockrouch in the bathroom. rooms were dirty and gross. Never again.

Red roof inn Burlington nc

Hotel room wasn't ready at check in. Manager was a rude little man. Rooms are not very clean. Pace in general is not kept up at all. Bare minimum if that.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

This place was truly gross. My daughter and I had to switch from the first room because of the strong smell of urine. When I tried to call the front desk to complain, I found that the phone didn't even have a cord. The second room smelled better and seemed marginally cleaner but was as seedy as they come. The chair looked like it had been pulled from the dump. We wore socks because the rug was so stained and gross looking we didn't want to walk on it. We also didn't feel safe. The hallways were accessed not through the lobby but through doors to the parking lots, supposedly requiring room keys to enter. Ours was unlocked most of the times, and the hallway was dimly lit and disgusting. In this age of plentiful, fairly clean motels, it's time for this one to give up the ghost and be razed.
