My original room that I booked was double booked so the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room for no additional cost!

Horrible property!!! Rude staff, very dirty and out dated!! One of the beds in our rooms was caved in and when my husband went to flip over the mattress there was a condom laying there! Doors wouldn't properly shut and no safety features to keep others out of your room!!! Door on the end of the building didn't lock either so anyone could get in. Staff was super rude and at one point when I walked by the front desk there were 3 staff members sitting there laughing about someone out back going into their dumpster. We had to leave 2 days early and find somewhere else to stay but of course they wouldn't refund our money!!!! I can't believe this was a Wyndam property!!! Shameful!! Worse place we have ever stayed!!!

Issues with the bathroom
Friendly staff when we arrived and checked in. The room appeared clean, however there was a soiled pillowcase and the shower drain had corrosion and the bathroom tub plug was moldy. The toilet had water standing around the tile seams. The bottles in the bathtub had product stuck to the outside.
