Returned to room after 4p and it hadn’t been cleaned. Spoke to front desk person and he told me that we left do not disturb sign on door after 12 noon(not true). Then we were told if we leave placard on door, we need to call before noon to have room cleaned. There’s nothing written anywhere about this. The staff member made a call and said the room could be cleaned. And he had an attitude.
