I was a little worried because of some of the mixed reviews. We did check in on a Tuesday though and I did notice later in the week it got a lot busier. We did not have problems waiting for elevator or getting our bags checked in because our room was not ready yet. All the staff we encountered were nice. The room on the 20th floor was adequate for three people and yes the bathroom looked a tiny bit shabby but still was good. We slept great. Our room was made up nicely every day and heater worked great! Thank goodness because it was cold! We enjoyed $30 food and beverage credit every day. The chicken and risotto dish in the Lobby Bar was delicious, a bit pricey. We received free WiFi and a nice complimentary bike rental in Central Park. We enjoyed our stay.
