Our room was dirty. For $2,000 per night, I woudl not have expected the mattress cover to be filthy and I woudl not have expected to have had to change our own sheets. The room was cold, we had to beg for sheets and a blanket for the pullout coach. There were no wash cloths, there was only one person on to actually change the bed linens. It was deplorable and the staff was rude.

You were cancelling that stay because you booked us into the wrong dates. We stayed from the 11th to the 13th of December at the Hilton Tempo Times Square. Please get this right and you were going to process the refund.
