Very clean hotel and great facilities. Liked the suite with the sink. Great complimentary breakfast. Only problem was the sofa bed mattress needs to be tossed and buy a new one.

Requested adjoining rooms: they didn’t assign those. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 4pm. The TV didn’t work and had to be fixed for us. Noise! Noisy vending and ice machines in the hall. Enclose that! Noisy refrigerators in the rooms.

I apologize for not honoring your request. However, we do not have many adjoining rooms and for the room types you requested we do not have those. I am pleased that the tv did get fixed for you. I do apologize for the noisy ice and vending machines. That is just how the building is laid out. Thank you for your stay.

They did not give us the rooms that we needed and requested. AC squealed, smoke detector chirped ( no maintenance man anywhere ) TV didn’t work , phone didn’t work, it was unsafe. Furniture was old and stained
