The property was in rough shape. Along with the interior and the room. Lightbulbs burnt out in the room ceiling, the carpet was a mess and ripped in various places, and the TV would not work, along with the internet. The tub was stained and dirty. And the list goes on. No elevator or ice machine.

Garbage around the fire pit area. Garbage under neath the staircase of our room since we checked in.

staff could not handle the front desk lost reservations did not have handicap room available even though it it was confirmed that morning !!! the evening staff had no clue as to handle the problem the front desk threatened to cancel reservation. my wife was so upset with the staff that we did not stay the 2nd night. I would like a refund for the 2nd night. I spoke to five other couples that had similar problems with the staff

Terrible check-in. When we walked in at 4:48 PM the young man at the desk didn't greet us, although the young woman did. Instead, the young man barked "Last name?" at us. Our rooms weren't ready, and several others in the lobby were also waiting for rooms. We were told it would be "about 10 minutes" before our rooms were ready (I had booked 2 rooms a month or more before the check in date). We waited 55 minutes before we were told our rooms were ready. When I learned one of our rooms was on the 2nd floor and was told there were no elevators, I pointed out that the website had said the amenities included elevators. The young man actually argued with me, questioning my statement and asking me to essentially "prove it". Once in my room, I found spider cobwebs in several areas, and the clocks in the kitchen hadn't been changed for the daylight savings change a month earlier. The fitness center had no sanitizing wipes and the equipment hadn't been cleaned or wiped down. The clock had stopped, apparently due to a dead battery. I would NOT recommend a Sonesta Suites hotel, extended stay or otherwise, to anyone. Nor would I stay there again myself.

Loved the quietness and cleanliness of the property. The staff at check in was awesome. Easy to check in and out. Breakfast ran out of coffee at 8am (weekend) and this is not good considering breakfast is designed to be “on the go”. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
