Our room was clean. The price was reasonable. The bed comfortable. The furniture was ageing. The bathroom needed maintenance: wall paper pealing, caulking missing in baseboards - large gaps, light didn't work when we came in.

This property appears to be a single level but is actually at least 3 stories! We had a ground floor with a view of the grassy back area with trees and view of a quiet bay. Could use some updating (old, sticky doors, ice machine only on one level, etc) but was clean and comfortable.

Had to wait 45 min before got room. Did not offer a chair to sit. The hallway smell badly. Shower floodedthe bathroom to hallway. Breakfast was horrible. Burned bacon, smashed pastry, coffee tasted bad. Outside thebuilding smell ed like dog urine.

Nice view of the bay. Breakfast delivered on time. Good value and clean but could use some sprucing up. Easy access. Would recommend.

Place is pretty ran down. Needs to be renovated badly. Wouldn't recommend it unless your looking for a cheap place.
