When I got there, I had only one of my two bags, signed in with very friendly staff. They all know me now, since I go there so often. I went to the room and discovered that the fridge was warm. I went to the front desk to tell them, and they said they would send a maintenance person. I said I was going to go get my other bag. When I got to the room, the guy was there already, and fixed it. Fast..!

The bathroom was not cleaned. 11pm called desk and told someone would be up to clean room. 1:15 am I had to go down to desk to show pictures. Then 2 desk people came to clean. Some of the staff rude. Room paid for and their interact machine ruined 2 of my credit cards for the security deposit. Offer no solution to the credit card problem and was told nothing they could do. Not a happy camper.
