"Great accomodations, staff and location."
I absolutely loved this hotel in my last stay in Boston. The rooms are very small, and there was no view outside of my window. BUT, the decor is modern and well-done, and the staff could not be nicer and more helpful. The bed was super-comfly and the pillows were great. Not to mention the fact that it was spotless! Great location near bars, restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. One negative is the continental breakfast, which doesn't consist of much, but there are many breakfast options close by. I would stay here again, and recommend it to a friend.

"Boutique in the heart of Back Bay"
Loaded with pre-war charm and an attentive and friendly staff, the Copley Square Hotel was a delight. Located between the Boston Public Library and the Copley Place Shopping Center, it puts you just three blocks off Newbury Street and 2 blocks from the Copley Square T Station. Our 2 double bed room was smaller than modern hotels but comfortable enough for two people. A family of 4 (or 5) would be unhappy.

"Nice place in active neighborhood"
The hotel is nicely architected, clean and modern. Best aspect is its people: front desk, bellmen, restaurant, cleaners ... they are all friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the noise from Haymarket and Fanueil Hall.

"Best night in Cambridge."
This was a fabulous vacation. Beautiful room, best breakfast imaginable, great front desk staff, conveniently located off the red line and MIT and I will stay there every time I fly to Boston. The hotel is a beautifully decorated historic building. We received a 25% off dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent. The two waitresses were extremely slow and very unprofessional. The food was worth the extreme bad service received by the two ladies waiting on the evening of November 23rd. The courtesy body lotion was made of some uncommon blend; however, I had a really bad reaction to it. I do not have allergies and can use any health & beauty product. But this lotion produced such an extreme reaction, I had to see a Dr, get a script and a shot and be miserable with itchy bumps and hive looking rash for two weeks.
