"Great accomodations, staff and location."
I absolutely loved this hotel in my last stay in Boston. The rooms are very small, and there was no view outside of my window. BUT, the decor is modern and well-done, and the staff could not be nicer and more helpful. The bed was super-comfly and the pillows were great. Not to mention the fact that it was spotless! Great location near bars, restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. One negative is the continental breakfast, which doesn't consist of much, but there are many breakfast options close by. I would stay here again, and recommend it to a friend.

"Total Surprise"
At first glance, this may seem like nothing special, but the room was quite nice. Not huge, but sufficient. Flat screen w/Directv with plenty of channels. Small bathroom with huge stall shower. The real pearl in the oyster here the The Trophy Room downstairs. Extremely hip restaurant/bar with fantastic wine and beer list. Food was delicious. I did dinner and breakfast. Excellent. Located in a great brickstone neighborhood, just a couple blocks away from all the action. As long as you're not looking for a hotel with a million amenities, you will love this place. ●●●●○

"Historic Hotel with Modern Finishes and Comforts"
It's never easy to choose a hotel online, you never really know what you're going to get. In this case we got more than expected. As we entered the lobby the staff greated us with smiles, immediately assisted with our luggage, and took a moment to make a personal connection. The lobby was sleek and well appointed with high end finishes. The room was clean, comfortable, and was tastefully decorated. It felt luxurious while retaining its charm, the Copley Square Hotel is 124 years old! The free wifi service was very helpful. The nightly wine tasting was also a nice touch. Overall, they met our expectations with cleanliness and service but surpassed it with service and overall ambiance. We would definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you to the STAFF for making our time there wonderful!

"Good but hiccups"
We have friends that stay here everytime they come to Boston. Its a great hotel in a great location. We checked in around 1 a.m. on Thursday night. They had given our king room away and placed my husband and I in a double. We did get to switch rooms the following day. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our last night, Saturday, around 3 in the morning we heard very loud dripping coming from the AC vents. I am a very heavy sleeper and it even woke me up. The only way my husband could get it to stop was by turning the AC down for it to kick back on. He continued to do that the rest of the night. We notified the hotel and they waved our mini bar water purchases for our inconvenience. Since it was in the middle of the night we did not want to be playing musical rooms but I think we just had a fluke stay. I would probably stay somewhere else next time if we plan far ahead but if not I would try to give them another chance.

"Great location"
The location is great right behind Copely and close to Prudential and the mall at its base. Legal Seafoods is close by. It's a tiny boutique hotel on a side street. Key code lock on doors. Woke up in middle of night as someone banged on the door for 5 minutes... guess they didn't have the code. Has only queen bed but there was plenty of room to put a king... they just didn't.
