The staff was wonderful and very helpful. A word of caution, there is very little cell phone coverage in the area, so, you do use the hotel phone a lot. Also, the property just "looks worn" on the outside. We had to have maintenance come to the room, the screen door to the balcony was installed incorrectly, so we could not open it and there was not doors on the fireplace, so there was a draft in the room. But, the restaurant and bar staff were great, as was the front desk and maintenance staff! Loved the views and the location, but did not live up to the "high end" resort that we thought we were staying at.

Views, location are excellent. Grounds are well kept. Room was spacious and well maintained. Amenities appreciated including hotel restaurant which was somewhere between ok and good. Overpriced for what we got.

Pros: Room very clean
Cons: room could change tv and firplace to end of beds. Firelog only gave one hour of fire, not enoughMargie
Room was boxy and tv and fireplace not in front of bed..Could not see fireplace and tv clearly from bed. Ocean view room was only over swim pool or spa. Not sea view. Had to wait until 4:00 to enter room, kind of late in day.

Ocean view

Beautiful, clean and spacious with a fireplace and patio with full view of ocean and bay. Dining and lounge on property with fire pit outside to sit around if desired. Loved the experience and looking forward to returning.
