Hotel is NOT as it’s advertised on the website. STAINS ON FURNITURE. Fridge is dirty. Internet DOES NOT work in the rooms. NO TOWELS in any of the bathrooms. Safe is NOT WORKING. TV is NOT WORKING . NO CHAIRS on the balcony. Had to ask for chairs on the balcony 3 times - called twice and asked at the reception. Bathroom has MOLD and strong mold smell. Mold/stains on room curtains. Dirty surfaces with stains and dust. NO HOT WATER on the first day of arrival. One of the bathroom tubs got clogged. PROPERTY Reception staff speak little English and borderline rude (especially manager Mauricio). PLS RREAD: We had issues during check-in - booking was made for 2 adults 2 kids. Travelocity lists kids as under 17, and I entered kids age as 13 & 15. Properly said they consider kids to be under 12. Hotel didn’t honor the reservation and said we had to PAY $1900 EXTRA for the kids. Travelocity didn't help with this dispute, pls be careful when booking for kids. Check in took over an hour. Buffet restaurant has stains on chair cushions, chair and table legs dirty. FOOD is BAD: Food in the buffet restaurant looks heated multiple times from the days before, re-fried etc. it’s not fresh. Alcohol is really cheap. LONG LINE to make a restaurant reservation with concierge in the morning (over 20 ppl) LOUD snd NOISY: loud music playing by the pool beach area. It’s very loud at night even with windows closed. There was music noise until almost midnight.

The resort is nice the view is great but definitely lacks in many areas. A/C is extremely loud. Beds are nice but pillows are not. Bad wifi connection. Little to no entertainment for teens. No night club as it says on description. Evening shows are ok. Live band at bar is for around an hour only. Buffet was mediocre. Limited availability for restaurant reservations. Gym is nice and complete. Pool table is in the kids game room and with limited space around it to play. Game room only have about 6 games and need to buy tokens to play. The resort is clean. Overall, not returning.

We stayed here for 5 day, and out of those 5 days they served the same type of breakfast at their buffet. One of those days they ran out of champagne for the mimosas. They also had ran out of their light beer on day 2 of 5. On night 3 they ran out of the chefs choice for dinner at one of the restaurants. Getting dinner reservations was like pulling teeth. We ended up spending most of our time downtown instead of staying at the hotel we spent money on. We made the best of our trip but we would never come back to this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a family room. Great ocean views. There were two pools and one thing I didn’t like is that they closed at 8. I think the adult pool should be open until 10 at least. The waiter staff was exceptional and works very hard. I wasn’t very impressed with the lady at the concierge. She was rude. Some staff at check in-out desk were rude also. They made a big deal about restaurant reservations even though the resort had very few people. There were many food options but they don’t have enough for vegetarian people. They need to have more vegetarian food in the buffet. They kept offering us pizza but we got sick of eating pizza. Cesar in the Premium lounge is the best employee they have!! He went above and beyond with hospitality! Overall, we had a great experience.
