We stayed in a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom wasn't clean. We are only staying one night so we'll live with. But we won't stay here the next time we are in town.

Staff was super nice, the property was somewhat shabby and adjacent to vacant buildings. The room was alright but the AC and refrigerator very noisy. Low water pressure and fluctuating temperature valve in the shower, the curtain was too long and leaked water on the floor. Overwhelming air freshener.

The person who checked us in at the front desk was very kind and very professional. Unlike my experience in this property there’s black mold inside the air-conditioning unit there’s older old moldy humid mildew in the room . You can see that that place has been touched up 1 million times but whatever the issue is it has not been taken care of properly. The next morning at 10 AM my daughter and I are loading up our van, As I am coming back into the room once again at 10 AM and our fire to check out I find a man in my room apparently staff ready to have me leave they were ready check in the room to make sure I had already checked out and I was directly in front of the room I still had personal items in there. He startled me because there’s no reason for anyone to be checking that room until after check out 11 AM and I went to the front desk and brought it up to the owner and he acted as if I was in the wrong and I was crazy. He was too busy trying to charge me a fee for an animal called“ a emotional support dog “ which the night before I showed the information to the person checking is in and she was absolutely fine . The entire family of the owner lives there and they’re basically sock in the parking lot as you’re unloading and loading up your items in the room as you are walking to go whether it’s to get ice or eight years to go to your vehicle they’re opening the doors and looking outside to see what’s going on it’s a very uncomfortable place to stay. It was a mess. First room bathroom with black mildew on ceiling. Blanket on bed full of cigarette holes. Hardly can get water out of sink. AC is so loud. Shower curtain has holes in it. Disgusting.

New toilet was put in with fancy flush. Toilet makes a LOUD gurgling noise every 2 min. Refrigerator makes all kinds of noises. WIFI not secure. Mirror's streaked, cleaning woman said they have no paper towels and use rags. Trash outside, had a skunk spray near the room. Disgusting stay, NEVER AGAIN. Owner does not care.
