Breakfast lady was helpful. Check in was horrible, took 20 minutes at the desk and we booked thru Travelocity. No coffee left in room, sheets not changed.

We need to appologize for the lack of coffee in the rooms, the housekeepers have been reminded to check and double check. Our sheets get changed everyday without fail. Sometimes they are extremely wrinked as they come out of the dryer.

Thank you, Bernadette, we do have three guest rooms with accessible bathrooms. Next time you stay perhaps one of those would be more beneficial for you.

Too close to Mt R. it's expensive even the "grocery store" attached to the gas station. Wifi was not great in this area.

Very nice stay at this hotel. All staff are kind, helpful, and cheerful. Inexpensive, and good quality. Close to a lot of things to do in the black hills as well as the badlands.
