They had ice cream and Smore's available every single night you make by the fire-pit outside. You can walk to anything you want or need. A beautiful, quaint little town. Very clean also. A little expensive, but everything in West Yellowstone is. Nice and quiet. The only issue I had in the room is the shower squealed like a pig. I asked them to fix it and they never did. But overall a decent place to stay.

What we didn't like about the property is that you had to ask every day for your room to be cleaned. I think it would have been better if they advised at check-in if you did not want your room cleaned you could opt out. Also another consideration is to add more proteins to the breakfast. The breakfast provided did not take into consideration any health issues such as diabetes or heart disease. Too many carbs were presented and not enough healthier options. Mike and Cody were excellent care givers of the facility. Always had a smile and very helpful. Good conversations were had with these two. Made our stay much more enjoyable.

Liked the complimentary ice cream, smores packets and breakfast setup. Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. I didnt like the price. It seemed too high and didnt have daily room service.

The young lady working the front desk during the day was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The hotel is close to everything a family would need on a trip to Yellowstone National Park.

We loved this hotel so much! The hotel staff was kind, helpful, and thoughtful and they did so many little things to set the hotel apart including a cute little “ice cream social” daily, s’more kits to grab and enjoy at their fire pit each evening, and having pool noodles on hand for our kids to use. You could just tell they put in the time and effort to consider their guests’ needs and make their stay enjoyable!! I would definitely recommend them, especially to anyone with young kids!

Loved that dining and shopping options were in walking distance. The staff was friendly and my parents were able to rent a couple of bikes for free for a short ride around the town. The hotel was perfect distance to Yellowstone western entrance. Hotel was clean and nicely updated- we would definitely stay there again!
