Good view of the ocean, next to city park. No upkeep of property, sagging ceilings from roof leaks, no upkeep of landscaping. Dated rooms but very comfortable beds and good cleaning staff. Breakfast delivered to room due to Covid was adequate but instant coffee in room even though they had coffee maker, got coffee in lobby. Dive boat picked us up at dock was a plus.

The property is VERY old and dated, things were really rundown, though I will say it was clean enough. The breakfast eggs cooked to order were great, the rest was blah, no bacon on any of our three mornings there. The worst thing was that the beds only have a sheet, no blankets, so the person on the bed closest to the AC froze, the person on the other bed further away cooked.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past six years. It was deteriorating badly before it became a Ramada. The room this time was comfortable, but the bathroom was unacceptable. They did not replace the bath tubs when they remodeled and the floor was dirty. I will not stay there again.

Nice view of the Ocean

Pros: Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Jamal came to rescue with batteries for door and safe.
Cons: Hotel needs a face lift starting with plumbing repairs. Ceiling fans old and loud. Big rain storm caused a leak at window/AC unit. Needed big towel
Location: Midtown Restaurant and Bar was a short walk from the hotel. Nice setting, nice staff and portions much larger then one would expect. Good food.
Check in time was 3:00pm and I got there early. Had to wait, no problem. Hotel room was clean. Halfway through stay had to get staff to replace batteries in door and safe. Loud faucet on wash basin. All towels were not replaced when room cleaned so had to ask desk for more. Older hotel not up to US standards but above standards for third world country. Staff was always friendly, polite, and accommodating.

Poor front desk staff

Front desk poor knowledge. No phone service in room. Breakfast menu no change from my last visit. Good cold except for omelet lady great. No towels in room. Front desk worst poor customer service. The best bar bartenders were great. Fabulous. They need to hire front desk people who knows great customer service. Food cold Buffet even lunch. Movie theater not working during week. Broke. Ramada us not 4 or 5 stars place.there from June 2 to June 7. Poor service. I am writing Ramada myself along with belize hotel so they know who I am. I stand behind what I say.
