The Reserve At Paradisus Palma Real Resort All Inclusive, Punta Cana is a Paradise away from home. The grounds are well kept and clean. The living quarters are also superb and modern. The staff is friendly and always welcoming with a smile. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like for this one it’s a must because I judged it upon arrival. When I was walking to my room I was extremely upset. It wasn’t like the pictures because the pictures on Travelocity site was of other hotel in the property. I paid $1,000 more just to be in the one from the pictures and got the oldest property instead. After a night of being Upset I decided to give jt a chance and I’m glad I did. The staff by the pool steak house was amazing and food incredible. The activities they do by the pool are amazing Omg. They did an exceptional job and the fact that I could enjoy the other hotel grand cana as well was a plus. I loved the pool at our hotel bc it had many and private, however the nights and dinner I loved in grand cana. Overall it was a great stay and we would like to go back. Jairo was super nice and a couple more staff from grill but forgot their name. Our concierge could have done a better job reserving dinner.

Large areas with not overcrowding. The food was just fair and not a large selection of restaurants but i think this is because of the virus. The staff were excellent and made sure everything you needed was met. Also not much to do at night when the other hotels open in the complex there will be more to do
