Checking in was delayed due to under staffed reception.receptionist was also the driver for airport pickups.

The hotel is old and dirty. The receptionist grossly lacks good customer service skills. The pillows are flat and the first room smelled like cigarette smoke! Will definitely never be back there again!

We have taken care of the smoke smell we are a non smoking facility but of course guest smoke and they are penalized and put on a list. The place was filthy. A lot of things weren’t working. It had a foul odor in my room. I only picked it because it was close to the airport. Huge mistake. Travelocity should take that place off your website.

Friendly staff. That is the sum of everything positive. Rooms are very dirty. Found a large roach sitting on toilet seat on arrival. Carpets nasty and smelly. There was NO breakfast. It was empty and broken. Not even simple things like milk or fruit were available.

The room was disgusting with food on the floors, seating. Bathroom toilet Ahmad a dirty ring around it. Dirt in bathroom floors, big red stains and dirt stains on carpet throughout. It was nasty and none of us were comfortable.

Property was fine. Only gripe was that the in room coffee maker was busted up and inoperable. Close to the airport, good for what I needed, and the folks were super nice. The shuttle van had just gone in for service and the super sweet folks at the desk up to the GM made sure I got where I needed to go on time. An acceptable, but average hotel, made outstanding by the people.
