Our group of 10 people planned to visit Yosemite, and we booked 2 deluxe rooms that can sleep 5 people for 2 days. We arrived on the evening of December 30th and were assigned rooms 506 and 410. However, while I was unpacking, I found that the refrigerator in room 506 was broken. So, I asked the check-in counter to repair or replace the refrigerator. At the counter, there was a female employee and a man who appeared to be the owner. The male owner said there were two empty suites and we had to choose between moving them there or just using room 506 until the repair person fixed it the next day. The suite he suggested was a facility that could sleep 4 people. I had reserved a room for 5 people and asked where one person would sleep if I changed the room, but he only asked that I move to a suite or just use room 506 without any further explanation. So, I believed the owner's words that he would fix the broken refrigerator the next day, put some drinks and other things that needed to go into the refrigerator in the truck bed, and stayed in room 506 for the night. I finished the next day's schedule and came back in the evening, but the refrigerator was not fixed until then. . So, we asked to be able to use the refrigerator in exchange for the one in the empty room, but we were refused. The refrigerator was not fixed until our group checked out the next day, and we did not hear an apology from the owner or staff.
