We didn’t stay long, as there was a fire alarm raised we had to leave the room quickly and to gather at the reception, We where explained what happened and since the electricity was switched off for the night we moved to another hotel. Overall the hotel management handled the incident in a satisfying and professional way.

Perfect All Around!
Great experience, high standard service and good breakfast selection; what is stands out is the helpful staff for city tours and finding good spots; special thank to Sjoerd in front reception. Sjoerd was very helpful in booking the last minute train tickets saving us from being stranded in the train station! Excellent service! We will come back to Vincci hotels anywhere in Europe😊
