The hotel property had litter on the parking lot, the starirs and the hallways. Hotel added an inexplicable $2.12 charge at check-in. I got what I feel was the worst room at the back of the property and I did feel safe. The AC in the room was turned off so the room tempature was 83 degrees. The AC unit was old and really loud and took an hour to bring the room tempature to 71 degrees. The soap dispenser by a sink next to the bathroom had no soap in it. Overall it was the worst hotel I have stayed in a long time.I feel I was ripped off

The staff was rude. The driver had us waiting for 35 minutes after I was told that they were outside waiting on us upon arrival. The room was very dirty, sheets, towels and bathroom.
