Our family rented 3 rooms. All had problems. The bathroom had rotted walls with black mole growing on them. bathtubs were unfit to bath in. One room had a broken table and chair in it. The Labatory in my room was broken on one end and would not take much to fall. The manager said all the room are like ours but although they keep getting complaints from everyone the owners refuse to repair anything. Even the ice bucket was old and covered in stains. Lots of nice places around them outside was nice. Inside is a health hazard. My bed sheets although they were clean had blood stains on them.

Keep looking for another place. Dingy. Dozens of visible unpainted patches on walls, ceiling. Mold or other tarnish on walls. Tub drain plugged with big wad of hair. TV remote didn’t work. Breakfast was sugary cereals with only whole milk plus toast.

paid $100 - felt ripped off lousy area . “ park at your own risk” sign above my room. nice view of the freeway and a funeral home out my window.

I did not feel it was a safe place for my family. We did not stay and ask for a refund. I spoke to the night manager and he agreed not to charge me. It appeared it was a extended stay and was not well maintained. Not a good experience.

The room had roaches and it filled with smoke from outdoor smokers. I woke up sick and coughing. We left a day early. Do not stay there unless U have really low standards.

The bugs were dead at least. The room, floors, bathroom was gross dirty. The walls were covered with stains. It was quiet, though.
